✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

❌ Non-returnable Items:

• Earrings, Nose Pins, Toe Rings, and any product worn directly on the skin – due to hygiene reasons.

• Items reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  
  

📩 How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at support@goldeni.in or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery.
   
   
2. Attach clear pictures of the product and packaging.
   
   
3. Our team will validate and arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable) or share a return address.
   
   

💰 Refund & Exchange Process:

• Refunds: Issued as store credit or direct transfer within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  
  

Exchanges: Dispatched once the original product is received and quality-checked.
